Returns Policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 7-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This Returns Policy is applicable to purchases made online from www.signanddisplay.co.nz only.

(2)      Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a)      we receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of delivery of the product;

(b)      the returned product is unused, in its original packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to resell the product as new;

(c)      the product is damaged in transit, we shall be notified by email within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

(3)      Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

(a)      file the return request from our Product Returns page to obtain your RMA;

(b)      contact us via email immediately after you obtained the RMA;

(c)      properly pack the product and choose appropriate courier services once permission to return the product is granted from us.

(4)      Exclusions

Under the following circumstances, the product may not be returned under this policy:

(a)      change of mind;

(b)      damage of product caused by you.

(5)      Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

If the returned product is damaged in transit, we will not issue a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned product is properly packed and delivered with appropriate courier services.

If on examination of product returned to us, the product is found to not be in breach of any consumer guarantee, we may charge you a fee for examining the product, and any cost to return the product to you.

(6)      Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a)      we will not refund or exchange the product;

(b)      we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c)      we may dispose the product if we do not hear back from you within 30 days of notice been sent from us.
